Information Literacy from EDUCAUSE

EDUCAUSE has recently released two useful, readable, and interesting white papers on information literacy: Ensuring the Net Generation Is Net Savvy and Getting Past Google: Perspectives on Information Literacy from the Millenial Mind. Good stuff. Getting Past Google is particularly fascinating for its use of authentic student voice in the discussion – not faculty or parents talking about students.

You can get these from http://www.educause.edu/Browse/645?PARENT_ID=390 where you can also grab an RSS feed for items on Information Literacy/Fluency from EDUCAUSE. If you have a moment, browse some of the older items as well. Again, good stuff.
